TFC Partners with BUSA

Tupelo Fútbol Club has expanded our player pathway through exciting partnership with Birmingham United Soccer Association!

Tupelo Fútbol Club and BUSA have been working together to arrange a partnership that creates additional playing opportunities for TFC's elite level players through ECNL and SCCL. In addition, this strengthens BUSA's teams by adding talent to their highly competitive teams, with players from North Mississippi. This also allows our organizations to share best practices for both clubs, sharing ideas, curriculum and other unique opportunities between the two organization.

Jordon Beedle, Director of Coaching for Tupelo FC, said the following, "The chance to work with a club like Birmingham United is something we're extremely excited about. The opportunities this will create for players, parents and staff within the club will be unrivaled. It has always been my aim to ensure that our club can provide its players the best playing opportunities and this partnership does just that. The ability to share best practices and resources with such an established club will mean our club grows from strength to strength."

Andrew Brower, BUSA Executive Director was thrilled with the partnership, "This is a great moment for both organizations as it formalizes pathways for players from Tupelo FC. We have had many wonderful Tupelo players and parents, a vital part of the BUSA family the past decade, and we believe by creating permanent pathway options, these opportunities will only increase over time. We are thrilled to be working with Jordon and TFC on growing the game and making our players better in the future."

The diagram above shows our updated player pathway based on this partnership. As you can see, we have offerings for players of all levels that challenge them and gives our players more exposure than ever before. This diagram shows all clubs we partner with, and how players transition through the program. It also shows the league offerings our players can participate in as they develop.
